Color consultations are required for all new clients prior to booking. A security deposit is required to reserve your appointment and is applied to your service total. Deposits are retained only in the event of a late cancellation. Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. New client appointments are secured with a deposit that is applied toward your service total when the appointment is completed. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice result in the forfeiture of the deposit. If you need to adjust or remove services from your appointment, please text in advance so timing can be updated accordingly. Services not adjusted prior to the appointment may be charged in full.
